Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain your Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included and intact.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
